Once confirmed, scheduling is simple:

Loaner Provided: We’ll set you up with a rental vehicle to keep you moving while we handle the repairs.
Engine Ordered Same Day: Using your VIN, we’ll order your new engine—stamped and VIN-matched—immediately. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
Completion Timeline: Expect your Tundra to be ready 3-5 business days after the new engine arrives.
We’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way with updates, including a walkaround video when work begins and direct communication from your Service Advisor.
Loaner and Rental Details
We know your time matters, so we make the loaner process as seamless as possible:
Bring your driver’s license and credit card for the security deposit. (Rental costs are fully covered.)
Ensure the rental is covered by your insurance.
Return the rental once your Tundra is ready, as Toyota cannot reimburse for extended rental periods.
We’ll do our best to provide a truck similar to your Tundra, so your daily routine isn’t interrupted.
The Repair Process
